Please note: there could be a 3-5 business shipping delay. Please allow 1-2 business days for items to be processed. 

We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders once shipped. Please contact USPS to file a claim. 

If you need to cancel an order please email info@deanirayne.com ASAP. We try our best to ship same day. You will have an hour period to cancel. Also, if you need a rushed order feel free to contact us and we can work something out.

Taxes and Duties

 All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties that may apply at the discretion of customs, are the sole responsability of the customer. These charges may differ country to country. De.Rayne-TheLabel shall not be held responsible in any way.

Its at the sole discretion of customs agent to release package. If orders are shipped back to De.Rayne-TheLabel, we shall refund the purchase while charging the outgoing and returning shipping fees, which will be deducted from total refund.

We are NOT responsible for any custom fees required to be paid once delivered.
