Unfortunately, at this time we don't offer returns. At this moment merchandise can be returned for shop credit only. Unless you have received an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the issue, or have used Afterpay at checkout. Please email us at with your Full Name, Order # and picture of issue.

Please Note: 

Please note that  the customer is responsible to pay for shipping fees.

Return item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items not returned in original state will be rejected.

Please contact us first for any return/issues requests with items at Return address will be emailed to you. 

Clearance sale items /undergarments, bodysuits, accessories are FINAL SALE.



Once we've received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds approved will be refunded as a gift card.  

Please email name, order number and issue to Once your exchange is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All Sale items, lingerie and accessories are Final Sale and non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at
